Terms of Service

Welcome to HappyBee Host. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of all services provided by HappyBee Host.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any services offered by HappyBee Host, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and any service-specific agreements.

HappyBee Host reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice by publishing updated terms on this website. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purpose of this Agreement, any individual or business entity using HappyBee Host services shall be referred to as Customer.

HappyBee Host strives to provide highly reliable and available services. However, uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Hardware failure
• Software issues
• Network outages
• Third-party provider failures
• Force majeure events

HappyBee Host shall not be liable for service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

HappyBee Host maintains strict policies to ensure a secure, stable, and reliable hosting environment. Customers agree not to use services for any illegal, abusive, harmful, or disruptive activities.

Customers may not use HappyBee Host services to violate intellectual property rights. This includes unauthorized distribution or usage of Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, Licensed software, and Proprietary materials.

Violations may result in immediate termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Brute force attacks
• IP / Port scanning
• Vulnerability scanning
• Security exploitation attempts
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Circumventing security restrictions

Any attempt to compromise the integrity, security, or availability of HappyBee Host infrastructure may result in immediate termination.

Customers must use server resources responsibly. Excessive usage of CPU, RAM, Disk I/O, Bandwidth, and Database connections may result in restrictions or suspension.

HappyBee Host reserves the right to determine what constitutes excessive resource usage.

HappyBee Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if a customer violates these Terms.

• Terms violation
• Abuse of services
• Security threats
• Illegal activity
• Resource abuse
• Non-payment
• Fraudulent activity

Termination decisions are made solely at HappyBee Host's discretion. Customers must submit a cancellation ticket at least 30 days before the intended termination date. All data may be permanently deleted after cancellation.

Customers agree to pay all fees associated with the services purchased. All service prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

HappyBee Host attempts to maintain nightly backups for disaster recovery with a typical retention of 7 days. However, backup availability is not guaranteed and backup systems may fail.

All VPS plans include 2,000,000 disk inodes by default. HappyBee Host reserves the right to restrict usage up to 5,000,000 inodes per VPS.

Under no circumstances shall HappyBee Host be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including data loss, revenue loss, profit loss, service interruption, or security incidents.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the preceding billing cycle.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless HappyBee Host, its employees, affiliates, and partners against claims arising from use of services, policy violations, illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, or hosted content.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.

HappyBee Host reserves the right to disclose customer information when legally required including IP addresses, account history, usage records, and billing details.
