4. 4Submit your refund request within the applicable refund period

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

HappyBee Host reserves the right to deny refund requests that:

• Do not meet the eligibility requirements
• Involve abuse or violations of our policies
• Are submitted after the applicable refund period
• Involve services specifically listed as non-refundable
