Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes, we offer 30 days money back guarantee for all our hosting services excluding dedicated servers. If you request a refund within 30 days we will refund the money for you. However, if the case about violating our TOS, you will be ineligible for the refund.

How long do I have to wait for the account to be activated?

The shared hosting and virtual servers will be activated immediately, but in the case like failing automatic fraud check will be subject to be reviewed by the management hence it may take some time.

Do you offer migration from other providers?

Yes, we do offer free migration for shared and reseller hosting accounts. For the virtual private server, we offer migration only for managed ones.

Do you offer managed VPS?

Yes, we offer managed services for cPanel and Plesk servers.

What is our backup policy?

We keep weekly and daily backups for shared hosting accounts and we can provide/restore these backups as per client’s requirements. For our VPS server, we keep a weekly snapshot of the virtual servers to ensure accident/hardware failure recovery. However, we suggest you to run your own backups and not solely depends on the backup provided by HappyBee Host. We also provide an add-on backup service in which we provide a guarantee for your backups.

How many IPs are included?

One IP is included with each server by default.

Can I order more IPs?

Yes, an additional IP is available for $2/mo/IP with justification.

What Operating Systems are available?

Currently we offer CentOS, Fedora, Ubuntu and Debian in their latest versions and in both 32-bit and 64-bit.
